Womxn Ball is a sport-forward platform and community created to support girls and women in sport — whether they identify as athletes, non-athletes, or somewhere in between.
We believe sport should be a place of confidence, connection, and possibility. Not just performance.
Girls drop out of sport at higher rates than boys, often due to lack of access, confidence, representation, or support beyond competition. Womxn Ball exists to help close that gap by creating spaces where girls and women can explore sport in ways that support their whole selves.
Our work centers identity, mental wellness, and belonging — on and off the court.
Womxn Ball creates programs, resources, and experiences that:
Build confidence and self-belief
Expand access to sport and information
Support balance beyond performance
Foster community and connection
Champion inclusion across sport spaces
This work is grounded in lived experience and designed to meet girls and women where they are.

Allana Arundell is dedicated to empowering the next generation of female athletes and non-athletes. With a background in basketball at the collegiate level and experience as a fitness trainer and basketball coach, she understands both the opportunities and limitations that exist within sport spaces.
Womxn Ball was created from lived experience and a desire to ensure girls and women have access to information, confidence, and pathways in sport — on and off the court.
This work is personal, intentional, and rooted in creating space for girls and women to stay connected to sport in ways that feel authentic to them.
