Our Purpose

Girls drop out of sports at a higher rate then boys, often due to lack of confidence, access and representation, or support beyond competition. Womxn Ball exist to help close the gap by creating spaces where girls and women can explore sport in ways that support their whole selves.

Our work centers identity, mental wellness, and belonging - in and out of the game.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build an inclusive and supportive environment that recognizes the achievements of women in sports, provides safe spaces for personal and professional growth, fosters meaningful connections, and prioritizes mental and physical well-being.

About Our Founder

Allana Arundell is dedicated to empowering the next generation of female athletes and non-athletes. With a background in basketball at the collegiate level and experience as a fitness trainer and basketball coach, she understands both the opportunities and limitations that exist within sport spaces.

Womxn Ball was created from lived experience and a desire to ensure girls and women have access to information, confidence, and pathways in sport — on and off the court.

This work is personal, intentional, and rooted in creating space for girls and women to stay connected to sport in ways that feel authentic to them.

Lets connect!
