EmpowHerFit is an 8-week fitness and talk-based program designed to support girls and women physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through structured workouts and guided conversations, participants build strength, confidence, and connection in a supportive small-group environment.
The program runs twice per week and includes 2 workout sessions alongside dedicated talk sessions that encourage reflection, open discussion, and personal growth. Movement is used as a tool for empowerment — not pressure or performance.
