ABOUT THE PROGRAM
EmpowHerFit combines structured fitness training with guided talk sessions to create a supportive environment where girls can build strength, confidence, and connection. The program recognizes that wellness goes beyond physical training, supporting participants in their mental development, self-awareness, resilience, and a positive relationship with movement.
Movement is used as a tool for empowerment — not pressure or performance.
